Hong Kong trips? Hong Kong is an incredible travel destination. St John’s Cathedral, this cathedral is the oldest Anglican church in Hong Kong. It sits on Government Hill, and overlooks the financial district. Constructed in an English Gothic architectural style in the shape of a cross, it houses the seat of the Archbishop of Hong Kong. St John’s Cathedral has quite an unusual history – it was briefly turned into a club during the Japanese occupation of WW2, and many of its stained glass windows were removed. If you’re in Hong Kong at Christmas, the midnight service is highly popular. Queue up from 9pm to be sure of a seat.
You haven’t seen the best of Hong Kong until you’ve taken in the skyline from Victoria Peak, more commonly known as The Peak. Ride the tram to the top of this scenic viewpoint to see the skyscrapers, bustling city, harbor, and surrounding islands. The tram station is located near the entrance to Hong Kong Park by the Murray building. At the top of the tram are the Peak Tower and Peak Galleria, with shops, restaurants, and an observation deck. Most of The Peak is covered by a large park with lush greenery, nature trails, and more beautiful lookouts with views over the thriving metropolis below. A trail also leads down from The Peak to the city below, following a mix of trails through the forest and sections of road here and there. It can be a bit confusing finding your way. This is one of the best views in Hong Kong at night. If the tram line is long, or you want to go directly from your hotel, you can also take a taxi to the top.

How to get in or out of Hong Kong? We recommend flying, here is a reason : Comfort! This scenic ridge is one of the most popular parts of a hiking trail that takes you through five country parks. Nature lovers will absolutely adore the wonderful countryside. The Dragon’s Back is located in Shek O Country Park, and the highlight on the hike is the remarkable view from Shek O Peak. Here, you can gaze out over beaches, bays, and roving hills; the scenery is stunning.
